ToniCzajka has joined Bader Rutter & Associates as an account supervisor in the agency's account services group. She will be working on the GE Healthcare and John Deere Credit accounts. Prior to joining the agency, Czajka was a marketing communication manager for Allstate Insurance in Northbrook, Ill. A Milwaukee native, Czajka received her bachelors degree in mass communication from Winona State University, Winona, Minn.

Griffin Bungener has been promoted to account executive at Bader Rutter & Associates in the agency's account services group. Bungener joined Bader Rutter in 2004 as an assistant account &;executive. Prior to joining the agency, Bungener worked as an event planner for Door County Meeting and Events. A native of Virginia, Bungener graduated from Saint Louis University with a bachelors degree in communication.
